I got these from soundpeats.com and the mic is good. I been using them for work calls and people can hear me clear, even if I’m outside sometimes. It’s not perfect when there’s strong wind and all that, but for the price I can’t really complain. I’m happy with it.

I got my SoundPEATS a few weeks ago, they feel really solid for the price. The case doesn’t feel cheap, the earbuds fit comfortably, and they’ve held up fine being tossed in my bag every day. My only real frustration was how long I had to wait for them to arrive, which got annoying, but once they finally showed up, I was happy with them

I ordered from soundpeats.com and the delivery wasn’t awful, but it did take longer than I expected. The tracking also didn’t update for a few days, so I was kind of left wondering where my package was. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “tracking can take a bit to refresh, please wait a little longer,” which was polite but not super helpful in the moment.

The package did eventually show up in good condition, and everything was packed properly, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the shipping updates were clearer and a bit more reliable, because the waiting part felt more confusing than it needed to be.

I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but these sound really good. The bass hits nicely without taking over everything, and voices still come through clear, which is great because I use them for music but also random YouTube videos all the time. I don’t know, they just feel like a solid deal. No complaints so far, and I keep thinking they sound more expensive than they are.

Had to make a return and it was super easy. The warranty was sorted out quickly too, with no hassle. Definitely a smooth experience and I’d recommend it if you’re worried about returns or warranty stuff

I had to reach out to support because my earbuds weren’t charging properly. They did get back to me and eventually helped sort it out, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. But waiting a few days between replies made it feel more stressful than it needed to be. I was already annoyed that the earbuds weren’t working, so the slow back-and-forth just made the whole thing feel a bit dragged out. Not terrible, but I really wish the responses had been quicker...

i barely have to charge these. the battery just keeps going way longer than i thought it would.

I picked these up mostly for the noise cancelling, i’m happy with them! They block out a lot of bus and street noise, so I don’t have to crank the volume way up just to hear my music. It’s not like total silence or anything, but for the price, they do a really solid job. Battery life has been fine too. I’d definitely buy them again :)

I’m not sure if it’s just my phone or what, but the Bluetooth pairs really quickly every time. I haven’t had any drops so far, so it’s been smooth for me

I’ve dropped them more times than I probably should admit, tossed them in my bag with keys and random stuff, and I’m sure they got a little wet once too. Somehow the case hasn’t cracked or anything, and the battery still seems about the same as when I bought them. Maybe I just got lucky, I don’t know, but for the price I really expected them to wear out faster. So far, no complaints.
